Flexible: The bibloc, seamlessly adjustable mandibular advancement device (MAD) is heated in a water bath and customised to fit your dentition. It is suitable for all jaw sizes thanks to the adjustable width of the mouthpiece . The upper and lower parts mouthpieces of the MAD are connected laterally by means of screw connectors or connector set (connectors without screws), thus enabling millimeter-precise adjustment. Also suitable for patients with a receding lower jaw (retrognathia).
Functional mechanism: after fitting, the lower jaw is gently pushed forward, thus opening the airway (blocked airways are a major cause of snoring) and preventing snoring.
