Your goal in Concept is to guess words by matching icons. A table of players chooses a word or phrase that the other players must guess. This team collaborates to strategically place pieces on the available icons on the game board. The team might use the question mark icon (which conveys the main idea) on the liquid icon, then cubes of this colour on the 'food/drink' and 'white' icons to get people to guess 'milk.' For a more complex concept, such as 'Leonardo DiCaprio,' the team can use the main concept and its matching cubes to guide players to the hidden phrase 'actor or director,' and then use sub-concept icons and their matching cubes to direct players to specific films in which DiCaprio starred, such as Titanic or Inception. The player who discovers the word or phrase first receives two victory points, as does the team, and the player with the most points wins.
