This chopper has been designed specifically to handle small foods such as garlic, shallots, chilli, ginger, herbs and more. The blades are activated by rolling the rubber grip base along a work surface or twisting it in your hand. It gives the user total control of the results, simply roll more to get finer results or less for coarser results.
