Draper Plastic and Vinyl Pipe Cutter has a trigger operated cutter for cutting plastic and vinyl pipes (3 - 42mm OD). Safety clip keeps handles closed when not in use. Cutter body is manufactured from diecast aluminium and fitted with a hardened and tempered steel blade.
